Prof. Pnina Motzafi Heller, Ben Gurion University

Prof. Pnina Motzafi Heller from Department of Man in Desert, Ben Gurion University, Israel visited the Institute during January 30th –February 6th, 2008 to work on a collaborative project on gender issues. Prof. Haller delivered lectures to on-campus students registered in the course on “Introduction to Conflict Management.” She spoke on Israel-Palestine conflict and Gender Issues in Israel.

A Centre for Women Studies sponsored by the University Grants Commission has been established at Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani during 2005.
