He has attended and presented papers in various national and international conferences, seminars and workshops. He has organized seminars and conferences. He has authored and co-authored books entitled: Global Corporate Executives: 63 Mantras, Entrepreneurship Culture and Grass Roots Entrepreneurship-Strategy for Development. His areas of research interest are Governance, Gandhi and Family business.
