Overview

The Computer Science and Information Systems group BITS-Pilani with its dedicated mission of imparting practical knowledge has established remarkable standards in the BITS education process. It offers four different degree programs.

Research

The Computer Science and Information Systems department at the Pilani Campus has a strong research focus and is working with the government and industry on technology and solutions that impact lives at all levels.

The department has won several grants and sponsorships on projects ranging from IPv6 to wearable devices that could save human lives.
