Overview

The centre for excellence in water resources management (CEWRM) was initiated with the vision of become centre for innovation in sustainable research, education and training in water resources management and allied fields.

It was established as an initiative of the BITS Pilani, Hyderabad campus in 2010 as national regional/ international centre to provide innovation in sustainable research, education and training in water resources management and allied fields.

CEWRM conducted one day workshop on "Recent Advances in Climatic Modeling for Water Resources Planning and Management" on November 19, 2011.

Centre of Excellence in Water Resources Management, Department of Civil Engineering, BITS, Pilani-Hyderabad campus is organizing a two day National Conference on Sustainable Water Resources Planning, Management and Impact of Climate Change during April 5-6, 2013.
