About us

11 faculty members. 2 associate professors, 8 assistant professors, 1 visiting faculty with expertise spreads across theoretical and experimental condensed matter Physics, Optics and Spectroscopy, General relativity, High Energy Physics Average student strength 35 per semester. One ph.d student. The department offers all core courses of Physics and many electives in the form of Introduction to nano-sciences, Image processing etc.
