Rare Earth Ion Doping

Dr. Harihara Venkatraman of Hyderabad Campus has been funded by DST-SERC for Rs. 19,93,000.00 to Investigate the Influence of Rare Earth Ion Doping on Structural and Dielectric Properties of Layered Ferroelectric Ceramics by Adopting Molten Salt Synthesis Route (2010-2013).
